📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end HR services to assigned clients • Maintain and process employee data • Prepare contracts and documents • Respond to HR inquiries and ensure excellent, customer-focused service • Collaborate with internal teams and client-side contacts • Contribute to HR projects and optimize workflows and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in HR, business administration, or a comparable field • Practical experience in operational HR activities for Germany and/or Austria • Knowledge of German and/or Austrian employment law • Basic knowledge of German and/or Austrian payroll is an advantage • Basic understanding of HR processes, employment law requirements, and best practices is desirable • Structured, reliable, and customer-focused approach to work • Fluent German (minimum C2) in speaking and writing, plus very good English (minimum B2) in speaking and writing • Experience using HR systems, ideally SAP ERP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as proficiency in MS Office
