📋 Description

• Serve as the central subject matter expert for complex questions relating to German payroll • Support colleagues and clients with payroll-related technical questions • Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across payroll teams • Provide operational support with complex payroll cases, analyses, and issue resolution • Drive AI, automation, and digitalization initiatives within payroll processes • Support transitions, go-lives, testing, and hypercare phases • Help ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements • Promote audit readiness and assess payroll risks • Further develop quality standards, control mechanisms, and payroll guidelines • Optimize payroll processes and develop standardized solutions for the DACH region

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of solid professional experience in German payroll • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant statutory and payroll requirements • Practical experience with SAP HCM • Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex payroll matters • Experience optimizing and standardizing payroll processes • Openness to automation, digitalization, and AI • Business-fluent German • Fluent English • Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work • Strong communication skills, integrity, and discretion
