• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your territory. • Identify and approach new customers to grow the client base. • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and networking. • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions. • Stay connected with existing customers to strengthen partnerships. • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs. • Ensure availability of all product offerings (brands, packs, SKUs) in your region. • Convert new accounts while retaining and growing existing ones. • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns. • Meet clients to review their requirements and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field. • 2–3 years of sales or business development experience (real estate or related sector preferred). • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about building client relationships.
