📋 Description

• Architecting modern web solutions. • Solving complex technical puzzles. • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in fast-paced environments. • Taking ownership of features from design to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade web applications. • Deep, hands-on experience building robust, scalable backend applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails. • Solid experience using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript to build high-performance, responsive user interfaces. • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, relational database design, API architecture, and a solid testing mindset (using RSpec, Minitest, or similar frameworks). • Regular user of modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) across the full development lifecycle. • Strong judgment about where AI genuinely accelerates the work and where it doesn't. • Ability to take ownership of features from design to production, collaborating effectively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in fast-paced environments. • Advanced English (C1–C2) to participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and collaborate with international stakeholders. • Professional Spanish proficiency.
