⢠Ensure technical visits are conducted with applicators of products sold by ZEN ⢠Administer a standard questionnaire developed by leadership, capturing key information the company deems relevant ⢠Report main information gathered during visits to the sales team by preparing written reports, including images and photos when available ⢠Deliver presentations and training on both commercial and technical topics to applicators, counter staff, and salespeople at our clients ⢠Ensure the effectiveness of commercial activities together with distributors ⢠Contribute to continuous revenue growth by providing market information to support ongoing enhancement of current product lines and identification of new lines ⢠Identify and report new customer prospects to drive continuous revenue and market-share growth ⢠Identify opportunities for new business and to expand sales of existing products ⢠Research products and/or information according to departmental requests
⢠Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; Sales; Foreign Trade; or related fields) ⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office ⢠Valid driver's license (Category B) ⢠Availability to travel (approximately 2 weeks per month) ⢠Preferably minimum two years' experience in a similar role ⢠Technical knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
