📋 Description

• Actively prospect potential students via WhatsApp and social media. • Make the initial approach, build rapport, and guide leads toward a diagnostic call. • Understand the lead's routine, goals, and pain points — and present the appropriate solution. • Nurture the lead from first contact through enrollment. • Log all contacts in the CRM and keep the sales funnel up to date. • Follow a daily sales routine with discipline and a results-oriented focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in active sales, prospecting, or outbound (minimum 6 months). • Strong verbal and written communication — be clear, direct, and personable. • Discipline to maintain regular contact routines and daily follow-ups. • Comfortable with a 100% commission-based, target-driven compensation model. • Reliable smartphone or computer and stable internet connection.
