📋 Description

• Lead the design work on international projects (Germany, Switzerland, UK, US) • Design beautiful and functional mobile and web apps using Figma • Conduct research and develop product strategy • Lead product design workshops with clients • Work closely with developers during the implementation phase • Mentor and guide designers • Develop career plans and skill matrices for designers • Help handle proficiency HR calls with potential designers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile and web apps • Proficiency in Figma • A portfolio showing your design skills, including projects you’ve led from start to finish • Strong understanding of modern UI/UX practices and industry standards • Strong UX skills • Extensive experience designing products from start to finish (product design, wireframing, prototyping, UI) • Fluent English (Upper-intermediate or higher)
