• Review and process incoming leads • Conduct research on companies and potential clients • Perform initial lead qualification based on defined criteria • Maintain accurate and organized information in CRM (Pipedrive) • Structure and prepare lead data for the sales team • Ensure CRM data is complete, accurate, and well-organized • Follow established processes and instructions for lead management
• Is responsible and detail-oriented • Can follow processes and instructions carefully • Values structure and organization in CRM and data • Can quickly research and gather information about companies • Works in a systematic and organized way • Is comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems • Can communicate in English (written communication) • Nice to have: Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar) • Nice to have: Experience in lead research, lead qualification, or sales support • Nice to have: Experience using LinkedIn or other research tools
