📋 Description

• As a European Sales Engineer at ZOLL Medical, you are a technical expert with direct customer contact. • You serve as a bridge between the company's technologies and the customer, helping them understand the added value and ensuring a smooth sales process. • You work closely with ZOLL Medical’s direct sales team (hospitals and emergency services) and our distributor network to support revenue growth of ZOLL Code Data throughout the sales cycle. • While the sales representatives are responsible for all commercial aspects, you as the Sales Engineer take responsibility for all technical aspects.

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience working with SaaS solutions (Software as a Service) • Solid knowledge of networking, including firewalls and certificates • Experience with data-driven solutions and integration of third-party/external systems • A passion for understanding technical contexts and solving customer problems • Experience working in matrix organizations and with CRM systems • Strong communication skills: ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to different audiences — from end users to C-level decision-makers • Strong technical competence and problem-solving skills to analyze customer requirements, identify challenges, and develop appropriate solutions • Presentation skills: ability to deliver compelling and informative product demonstrations and presentations • Experience supporting a sales organization focused on complex enterprise software and hardware solutions • Experience selling software and/or medical capital equipment

🏖️ Benefits

• Fluent German and English are required. • Willingness to travel regularly within the sales regions (approximately 50%), based from a home office.
