📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for a development team working on tomedo® • Provide direction and create an environment that enables focused work and professional and personal development • Conduct regular development discussions • Share knowledge through mentoring, pair programming, and code reviews • Support new colleagues as they join the team • Coordinate collaboration between Product Management, UI/UX, Support, Testing, and Development • Negotiate priorities and make technical debt and bottlenecks visible • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms • Take ownership of critical modules and develop proof-of-concepts • Validate architectural decisions against the realities of the codebase • Establish code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD as shared development standards • Monitor modern development tools, including AI and agent-based tools, and introduce suitable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of software development experience • Ideally, experience with native Objective-C/Swift development or Java development • Experience providing technical leadership to a team or assuming comparable responsibility for developers • Experience enabling colleagues with different levels of experience to succeed • Experience with agentic software development or AI tools • Knowledge of relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL • Experience with Git-based workflows • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD processes • Fluent German at a minimum C1 level • Good command of English • Meaningful application including a cover letter, CV/resume, and relevant certificates
