📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories • Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers • Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free • Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies • Communicate with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and meet project milestones • Document processes, configurations, and customisations • Participate in pre-sales activities including solution presentations and proposal development • Perform other duties as prescribed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry • Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in ERP, CRM, or other business applications • Understanding of business processes and ability to analyse and document complex requirements • Project management skills • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Fluency in English required • Additional European languages such as German and/or French are a plus • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
