• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain • 6–8 years of IT professional experience in software development with a focus on system software • 5+ years of experience on Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms • Proven experience driving system implementation, agile project management, and data flow • Experience implementing top-of-the-funnel processes such as lead, account, and partner relationship management.
