📋 Description

• Lead business and functional requirements to Sales/Experience Cloud standard features and functionality while defining and prioritizing scoping • Capture requirements from business users pertaining to the implementation of SFDC Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud • Meet with business leaders, decision-makers, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs for the engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain • 6–8 years of IT professional experience in software development with a focus on system software • 5+ years of experience on Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms • Proven experience driving system implementation, agile project management, and data flow • Experience implementing top-of-the-funnel processes such as lead, account, and partner relationship management.
