• Support and collaborate with Expansion team to grow to new countries and build depth in existing markets
• Understand and assess compliance risks to enable Via’s leadership to make decisions that are aligned with our value proposition and business model
• Develop a Quality Control and audit function to ensure ongoing scalable compliance of all workers and customers on Via
• Contribute to Legal Product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering function by proposing innovative workflows, products, or features that enhance our value proposition from a legal perspective (building specific legal workflows, automating features on platform, etc.)
• Create innovative, data-driven solutions to address customer needs that fit Via’s business model within the country’s regulatory framework
• Act as deputy General Counsel for Via, overseeing the legal standing in each operating country and ensuring compliance
