Beschreibung

• Implement the Yardi suite of software products • Execute project plans within time and budget constraints • Capture accurate business requirements and communicate clearly to development teams • Integrate client business processes into the Yardi application suite • Assist in the development of necessary reports to meet business requirements • Foster and grow client relationships through product adoption and revenue growth • Foster and grow internal relationships • Advise the leadership team on emerging market opportunities • Provide additional support to the sales team by identifying business development opportunities and assisting with new product implementation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Seven-plus (7+) years of experience in the industry, preferably in a consulting capacity • Seven-plus (7+) years of experience interacting with customers while managing projects on accounting, business process, property management, or real estate software • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience • Comprehensive knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, Yardi and industry-leading 3rd party add-on solutions • Advanced knowledge of Forecast Manager, Construction Manager, Fixed Asset Manager, or Investment Management • Experience working in property or asset management • Advanced Excel skills
