Beschreibung

• Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion • Review project updates and progress reports and track safety, quality, cost, and schedule KPIs • Communicate with internal senior leaders, Operations, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and regulatory bodies • Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to complete construction projects according to contract requirements • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws in cooperation with the Environmental consultant • Create project plans, schedules, responsibility matrices, risk management plans, communication management plans, and stakeholder registers • Facilitate site surveys and due diligence and prepare scopes of work • Manage estimates, budgets, change orders, invoice reviews, and project closeout • Lead design reviews and permitting and assist with regulatory negotiations • Direct bid management and recommend contractor selections • Provide field oversight from preconstruction through final inspections and occupancy • Develop equipment take-offs and place equipment orders • Report project completion percentages, turnover dates, actual costs, and cost forecasts • Ensure vendors meet duration and quality targets and correct underperformance • Track and resolve project deficiencies • Promote a culture of safety • Hand over projects after successful commissioning

🎯 Anforderungen

• Construction and project management experience • Bachelor's Degree, alternatively High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4+ years of US military experience • Operational experience in convenience stores, fueling, or quick service restaurants • Understanding of accessibility and life safety laws • Expertise installing and maintaining retail UST fueling systems • Working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Additional certifications or education applicable to the role • Complete weekly timecards by EOD Sunday • Submit expense reports by EOM • Complete required company training within assigned timelines • Complete annual safety certification • Proactively manage project milestones • Correct dates in arrears within 7 days • Contract work in alignment with 7-Eleven Contract Policy • Escalate time, cost, or quality impacts within 24 hours • Immediately report safety incidents by phone
