Beschreibung

• Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for Infrastructure talent • Deliver high-quality sourcing, interview, selection, and onboarding experiences for hiring managers and candidates • Execute customized recruitment strategies to support company growth • Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing methodologies for highly specialized roles • Conduct kickoff sessions with hiring managers, gather detailed requirements, and analyze resumes • Create detailed job postings and describe benefits packages to prospective candidates • Use recruitment strategies to fill open requisitions • Document and maintain comprehensive candidate notes in the Applicant Tracking System • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members and build strong relationships • Build relationships with hiring leaders, resolve concerns, communicate effectively, and provide customer service • Conduct, schedule, and coordinate candidate interviews • Compose and create offer letters • Negotiate offers and provide feedback to HR and hiring leaders • Improve Talent Acquisition processes and standard practices • Present qualified diversity candidates and promote diversity recruiting opportunities • Assist employee retention by implementing practices to reduce new-hire turnover • Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals • 5+ years of experience recruiting Infrastructure professionals (Aviation, Transportation, Survey, Water, Energy, etc.) • Experience in a technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role • Working knowledge of and experience with relevant employment legislation and employment trends • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems • Ability to source, engage, and attract high-demand candidates • Proven ability to evaluate and manipulate recruiting tools and strategies and make recommendations to maximize productivity • Experience with recruiting globally and understanding varying dynamics across global locations • Prior experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial (AEG) industry is desired • Exceptional people skills and a servant leadership attitude • Initiative-taking and self-sufficient in performing Human Resource functions • Ability to work in a team environment with associates both on-site and remote • Ability to perform tasks and solve problems independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and analytical skills • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located • Woolpert is unable to provide visa sponsorship
