Beschreibung

• Design and implement sophisticated marketing automation workflows using complex triggers and audience creation methods, including Salesforce entry events and SQL queries against relational databases • Collaborate on customer lifecycle stages and segmentation strategies to develop audience engagement roadmaps • Communicate with team members and stakeholders about automation strategies, workflow objectives, and performance insights • Monitor active workflows and automations for quality and effectiveness, making optimization recommendations • Maintain data models and attribute definitions to support scalable audience segmentation and dynamic content personalization for campaigns and landing pages • Ensure automated marketing practices comply with legal standards and industry best practices, with focus on data privacy and system reliability • Collaborate with Email Marketing Specialists and the User Experience team to drive client results • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript • Experience with relational databases and SQL • Working knowledge of HTML / CSS to complement drag-and-drop email builds • Proficient understanding of email marketing and KPIs • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, as well as visually through diagrams and concepts) • Excellent problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions to complex problems • Attention to detail and time management skills • Actively stays up to date with the latest trends in email marketing and automation • 4+ years of experience preferred; exemplary performance may supersede the experience requirement • Additional experience in other Email Service Platforms (ESP) such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, SharpSpring (nice to have) • Knowledgeable about cross-inbox & cross-device compatibility (nice to have) • Understanding of email authentication protocols (nice to have) • Good grasp of web analytics and experience with Google Analytics (nice to have) • Must be located in the USA • We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
