Beschreibung

• Support the ALTOUR travel operation outside normal working hours • Assist customers whose travel has been disrupted or who need urgent travel bookings • Fulfil last-minute and urgent travel bookings for Corporate, Media, Entertainment and Contractor clients • Answer client calls and emails politely, efficiently and professionally • Provide expert advice across all aspects of travel • Maintain the customer service level provided by the day team • Communicate effectively as part of an efficient internal and external team • Issue, re-issue and recalculate international and domestic airfares • Source cost-effective worldwide routes and book flights, rail, hotels and ground products • Provide additional quality control for day-team processes when call volumes permit • Analyse global travel risks and communicate relevant information to senior management • Create and provide traveler-tracking reports for clients during major events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Knowledge of a GDS, ideally Sabre; cross-training available for the right candidate • Fares & Ticketing Level 1 & 2, or equivalent experience, essential • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel • Good geographical and destination product knowledge • Good knowledge of airlines • Awareness of world events and their likely travel implications • Good organizational skills • Excellent customer service and communication abilities • Flexible approach and willingness to develop innovative travel solutions under pressure
