Beschreibung

• Achieve principals’ volume, share, and sales fundamental goals, including merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving • Maximize company revenue through brokerage, commissions, bonuses, and contest earnings • Communicate principals’ priorities across retail sales, technology, marketing, business management, and retail selling teams • Report to the General Manager or Team Leader • Develop, design, and present Acosta introductions to new principals • Build and maintain relationships with principals and customers • Coordinate communication between General Managers and key principals • Collaborate on new product introductions, selling drives, and contests • Coordinate market visits and key account calls • Develop conceptual sales presentations aligned with principals’ objectives • Provide feedback on strategies, selling programs, and initiatives • Maintain account distribution information and review market pricing reports • Collect and report competitive activity • Manage personal skill development and share customer/manufacturer information • Follow client procedures, manage promotional plans and fund balances, and monitor financial deductions • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • Proven track record in sales, preferably with a food broker or national company • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills • Ability to analyze sales and marketing information for effective sales presentations • Proficiency in software packages used to support the sales function • Willingness to travel • Ability to work in the United States
