Beschreibung

• Identify, engage, and place packaging and engineering talent across nationwide client projects • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future project needs • Develop long-term relationships with active, passive, and early-career candidates • Map talent pools, universities, and packaging programs to support proactive recruiting • Conduct recruiter screenings and assess experience, technical skills, project alignment, and preferences • Evaluate candidates against project-specific materials, processes, and industry requirements • Provide structured candidate summaries and recommendations to internal stakeholders • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from outreach through offer and onboarding • Coordinate interviews and provide candidate interview coaching • Partner with leadership to understand project scope, technical requirements, and hiring priorities • Provide pipeline updates, candidate feedback, and market trends • Lead offer discussions and support negotiations within company and client budgets • Coordinate onboarding with internal teams • Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System records and track recruiting metrics • Ensure recruiting processes comply with employment laws, contractor guidelines, and company standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering or related field • 4+ years of proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably within agency, consulting, or high-growth environments • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or specialized skill sets; packaging experience is a strong plus • Strong understanding of W-2 and 1099/contract recruiting models • Experience leveraging AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders • Experience with ATS platforms; Jobvite preferred • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to operate with urgency, transparency, and a consultative mindset • Employment eligibility verification through E-Verify for newly hired employees
