Beschreibung

• Work with clients to define requirements, conduct needs analysis, determine project specifications, identify solutions, and implement recommendations • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and client, building rapport and relationships • Maintain notes and communication channels regarding project progress with clients and internal resources • Convey customer feedback to product development staff • Resolve client questions or problems by phone or internet involving system configuration/setup, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements • Provide product and technical support, answering complex questions about functionality and product usage • Program updates to custom logic and update system mappings/configurations according to specific requirements • Keep customers informed about issue progress/status and resolution • Troubleshoot and resolve externally reported application issues • Conduct follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting • Refer issues appropriately to other departments and quality assurance areas • Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related degrees • 1–2 years of experience with impact analysis, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio or similar tools • Object-oriented programming or scripting, preferably JavaScript and C# • Ability to create and modify queries to extract and update data using IsNull, Coalesce, variables, unions, and joins • Excellent writing, editing, interpersonal, and communication skills • Proficient PC skills for testing, troubleshooting, call logging, and product configuration • Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and logic skills • Must enjoy working with external clients • Must enjoy teamwork and collaboration to review and find effective solutions and resolutions • Professional appearance and presentation required • Salesforce or comparable support ticketing system experience is a plus
