Beschreibung

• Lead multiple high-impact data programmes • Introduce outcome-based tracking frameworks • Help evolve the internal delivery model for AI-accelerated builds • Partner with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor • Shape how delivery capabilities are packaged and positioned commercially • Manage multi-stream initiatives and project backlogs • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Playbacks, and Stand-ups • Help customers and team members prioritise workloads to maximise delivery value • Identify and mitigate risks and work with the team to overcome blockers • Foster continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned • Share knowledge internally and with the wider data community

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environments • Proven ability to manage multi-stream initiatives with senior stakeholders • Strong commercial awareness, including scope control and risk framing • Experience delivering cloud, data or analytics platforms • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub projects or similar to develop and manage a backlog • Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile or Scrum • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to help customers and team members prioritise workloads • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Playbacks, and Stand-ups • Ability to identify and mitigate risks quickly and clearly • Familiarity with modern data platforms, including Databricks or Azure, is desirable • Exposure to AI-assisted engineering or automation delivery is desirable • Understanding of Data Lakehouse architecture and implementation patterns is desirable • Must be based within the UK • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to visit customers and the team
