Beschreibung

• Serve as Project Lead and primary sponsor contact • Own overall project delivery across quality, time and cost • Establish and communicate customer expectations to the project team • Lead cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables • Act as primary contact between the sponsor and organization at project level • Ensure internal and external escalation pathways are followed • Define responsibilities and communication pathways for secondary project leads when required • Manage project-level financial stewardship, including contracts, resource alignment, out-of-scope activity and change/modification negotiations • Establish, communicate and manage sponsor relationships to achieve optimal project delivery • Drive project-level risk identification and issue resolution through RBQM/RESOLVE • Ensure project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Comparable to 8+ years of previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job • Experience in Neuroscience studies, specifically in the listed indications • Equivalency through a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered • Technical and systems competency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CTMS, Preclarus and Clarity • Ability to delegate and prioritize own workload and project team members' workload • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proactive, solutions-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities and situations • Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines and directives • Strong understanding of project management principles covering time, quality and cost, including financial acumen • Interpersonal and customer service skills, including ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross-functional project teams • Good judgment, decision-making, critical and analytical skills for complex or ambiguous situations • Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others, including cross-cultural awareness • Knowledge of organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements
