Beschreibung

• Track, migrate and verify data and documents between internal and external repositories • Perform migration verification following migration waves and at integration milestones • Support bulk migration planning and execution between Box, eArchive and other controlled repositories • Manage documentation through its lifecycle and assign or maintain appropriate metadata • Identify missing documentation, duplicate records, multiple document versions and other data-quality issues • Map source documentation against regulatory submission structures, including IND/IMPD documentation where applicable • Perform source-document and regulatory gap analysis and support SME review • Monitor metadata compliance and complete readiness checks before downstream upload or archiving • Review documentation for rendering, figures, metadata and completeness, escalating gaps to stakeholders • Provide initial metadata classification and categorisation according to project direction and controlled processes • Use Power BI or equivalent tools to analyse processes, identify trends and generate reports • Establish analytical baselines, assess control levels and identify improvement opportunities • Create and maintain Box tracking applications and project-specific applications • Manage or configure Power Apps, Box Apps or similar digital tools • Use analytics and reporting to identify duplicates, missing information, metadata gaps and process issues • Support problem analysis and timely resolution of process and system issues • Schedule and plan activities against project priorities and timelines • Prioritise upload-readiness and document activities around milestones, priority dates and capacity • Provide first-line support on system access, knowledge-transfer processes and application queries • Coordinate activities across Workstream Leads, Data Stewards, Document Specialists, Knowledge Transfer Managers, Data Leads and other stakeholders • Communicate progress, risks, issues and outstanding actions • Support ad hoc data-verification activities when required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification, with approximately 2+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent demonstrated capability • Hands-on experience in data/document migration, lifecycle management, metadata or data-quality activities, ideally within a regulated environment • Experience with controlled document management systems such as Veeva, Box, eArchive or comparable platforms • Practical experience using Power BI or an equivalent business intelligence tool • Experience working with Power Apps, Box Apps or similar digital tools • Strong organisation, prioritisation, analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders • Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or other highly regulated industry experience is advantageous • Knowledge of the R&D drug development process is advantageous • Familiarity with CMC regulatory filing structures, supporting submission documentation, and IND/IMPD documentation structures is advantageous • Experience supporting knowledge-transfer, integration or data-transfer programmes and working within controlled compliance processes is advantageous
