Beschreibung

• Lead digital delivery across AECOM's hyperscale data center portfolio • Implement and enforce project-level BIM standards, execution plans, and coordination workflows • Implement and tailor BIM Execution Plans, naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE folder structures • Develop and maintain project BEP and related documentation aligned with industry standards and client requirements • Administer project Common Data Environments, including folder structures, permissions, metadata, workflows, archival/retention, and integrations • Run BIM kickoff meetings with internal teams, enterprise-capabilities partners, consultants, and clients • Ensure contractual compliance and information-delivery milestones; flag digital-delivery risks • Oversee day-to-day BIM production by U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities teams • Track progress, identify gaps, drive timely corrections, and maintain accountability records • Conduct QA reviews, model inspections, clash and coordination reviews, model health scoring, and deliverable audits • Clarify modeling expectations and serve as a primary day-to-day coordination contact • Produce, correct, or complete model content when deliverables are late, incomplete, or below standard • Perform hands-on Revit modeling, sheet setup, parameter population, and corrections across disciplines • Resolve BIM design and modeling issues throughout project phases • Create smart-object content and templates • Set up and verify project models, shared coordinates, base points, survey points, and coordination standards • Establish and run multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, issue triage, and remediation tracking • Oversee 3D/4D/5D model lifecycle integration and contractor/consultant model submittals • Conduct model reviews and compliance checks across delivery locations • Report monthly on BIM KPIs, compliance metrics, and deliverable status; maintain dashboards • Build and execute an automation roadmap using Dynamo and Revit API scripts • Provide technical production support for 3D/2D deliverables, smart objects, and templates • Deploy and support Autodesk Content Catalogue/UNIFI • Support asset information management and digital handover for facilities management and digital-twin environments • Provide input to BIM estimates and resource schedules; monitor utilization and recovery • Contribute to training and certification, mentor coordinators and junior staff, capture lessons learned, and share best practices • Report to and work alongside the Senior BIM Manager Lead

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree + 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience, or HS Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience in BIM/digital delivery, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 2 years of experience directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work • 8+ years in BIM environments preferred • Experience establishing and enforcing standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams preferred • Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred • Experience coordinating, overseeing, and performing QA on work produced by offshore/enterprise-capabilities teams • Strong hands-on Revit skills across disciplines • Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D • Working knowledge of SharePoint, ProjectWise, and project planning tools desirable • Demonstrated capability in Dynamo, Revit API, and scripting • Strong knowledge of NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650 • Experience with BEP authoring, QA/QC frameworks, and model lifecycle management • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and training capability • Detail-oriented, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent time management • Interest or experience integrating AI into BIM and digital-delivery workflows • Must be able to work in the United States • Relocation is not available • Sponsorship is not available
