Beschreibung

• Audit the Maintenance Packing Slip database daily • Complete open receipt actions and ensure component paperwork accuracy • Document part numbers, serial numbers, and last maintenance actions in AMIS • Enter recorded maintenance for parts/components into the computer maintenance tracking system • Ensure maintenance program TBO/SLL and inspections are inherited and forecasted • Move parts to the appropriate warehouse • Receive engines and major components into the computerized maintenance tracking system • Modify component builds in AMIS based on repair and overhaul certification/documentation • Determine component calculations, including engine and airframe formulas • Audit weekly COUPA delinquent receipts and work with mechanics to receive parts more than two weeks after physical receipt • Track assets and update RAMCO • Provide maintenance receiving support during AOG events outside traditional business hours • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or GED and one to three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Previous aviation or system receiving experience required • Familiarity with industry General Maintenance Manuals, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), and Air Transport Association (ATA) Coding • Working knowledge of aviation parts, maintenance programs, and configurations • Working knowledge of airworthiness documentation requirements (8130, JAA, EASA) • Ability to make simple mathematical calculations • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration at all levels • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Regular scheduled attendance • A&P License is preferred
