Beschreibung

• Manage and maintain AKI's corporate compliance program across all subsidiaries and contract entities • Advise the CEO on regulatory requirements, compliance risks, internal controls, and corrective actions • Evaluate compliance risks and recommend policies, procedures, and preventive measures • Develop, implement, and maintain corporate compliance policies and procedures • Maintain a centralized compliance calendar and compliance risk register • Monitor federal, state, and local laws and regulations and assess organizational impact • Conduct periodic compliance assessments and internal compliance reviews • Monitor FAR, DFARS, DCAA, DCMA, SBA 8(a), ANC, SCA, and federal contractor compliance requirements • Coordinate government contractor audits, regulatory reviews, SBA reviews, government inquiries, and regulatory submissions • Track contract certifications, reporting obligations, registrations, representations, certifications, and renewal deadlines • Manage compliance activities supporting CMMI implementation, maintenance, and appraisal readiness • Maintain repositories of policies, procedures, process assets, templates, and supporting documentation • Develop audit schedules, checklists, review procedures, and compliance assessment materials • Evaluate audit findings and coordinate corrective and preventive action plans • Monitor corrective action progress and verify that deficiencies have been addressed • Establish schedules for corporate, regulatory, and government contracting reports, certifications, and renewals • Coordinate EEO-1, VETS-4212, affirmative action, DCAA, DCMA, SBA, and contractual reporting requirements • Coordinate compliance training and awareness initiatives and track completion records • Prepare compliance dashboards, management reports, audit summaries, and executive updates for the CEO • Communicate compliance expectations, findings, recommendations, and regulatory updates • Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Contracts, Operations, Information Technology, department leaders, employees, and external stakeholders • Promote accountability, regulatory awareness, ethical conduct, teamwork, and continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, government contracting, or a related field • Experience evaluating compliance risks, conducting internal reviews, and recommending corrective actions • Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal government contracting compliance requirements • Experience coordinating government contractor audits, regulatory reviews, or internal compliance assessments • Knowledge of compliance management practices, internal controls, regulatory reporting, and risk assessment • Ability to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and subsidiaries • Ability to address sensitive compliance matters with professionalism, diplomacy, and sound judgment • Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach • Ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain objectivity, and manage confidential or sensitive compliance matters • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and compliance initiatives across multiple business entities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across departments • Preferred: experience with Alaska Native Corporations, SBA 8(a), CMMI, DCAA/DCMA, SCA, EEO, veteran reporting, compliance systems, Deltek Costpoint, ADP Workforce Now, or similar systems • Preferred professional certifications such as CCEP, CIA, or CMMI Associate • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required
