Beschreibung

• Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process as an advisor and partner to business leaders. • Develop and execute recruitment strategies from requisition approval through recruitment and onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles. • Use market intelligence and data analytics to source, attract, and engage candidates. • Oversee job postings, targeted sourcing, competency-based interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Optimize recruitment processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. • Communicate with managers, teams, agencies, and applicants. • Build talent pipelines supporting immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational growth. • Process internal and external applications, resumes, and transfer requests. • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies. • Assist with training managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and updates. • Monitor and report on KPIs, compile data, and prepare and distribute reports. • Stay current with best practices, laws, and emerging trends. • Propose and implement risk mitigations using strategic thinking and problem-solving. • Lead, participate in, and/or present at team, management, client, and other meetings. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field and 4 or more years’ related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 2+ years' experience in the area of full life cycle talent acquisition is required. • Prior experience in healthcare or clinical research recruitment is required. • Prior experience with physician recruitment is a plus. • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft applications, email, web applications, and the ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm). • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills. • Well-developed written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Well-developed interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to work well independently, collaboratively, and professionally within a team environment, with clients and all stakeholders (internal & external), and with all levels within the organization. • Detail-oriented, with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, dependability, respect of others, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic. • Ability to work under minimal supervision, identify problems, and implement solutions. • Ability to handle highly sensitive information confidentially and professionally, in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
