Beschreibung

• Manage, deliver and/or perform full clinical site monitoring services for one or more projects • Design and oversee project monitoring services, including training, site/patient recruitment, site data/document management, monitoring project site budgets and regulatory filings • Ensure activities align with SOPs, study guidelines and GCP best practices • Act as primary liaison between CRAs and the project team as Lead CRA • Participate in developing project plans, protocols, CRFs, communications, monitoring forms, documents and tools • Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders • Act as subject matter expert, mentor, coach and provide performance feedback for peers • Assist with CRA selection, hiring, training and supervision; perform co-monitoring and training visits • Serve as escalation point for site/patient issues and Sponsor concerns • Identify and recruit site investigators and coordinate delivery of trial materials and documents • Optimize patient recruitment and provide guidance on inclusion/exclusion criteria • Serve as primary clinical site contact and oversee study integrity • Support site access to study systems and compliance with project-specific training • Follow site-related issues through resolution • Coordinate clinical-site communications with project teams throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of a college diploma/degree • 4–6 years of related experience • Strong communication skills • Self-motivation and commitment to achieving positive results • Strong attention to detail • Ability to build collaborative relationships • Critical thinking abilities • Ability to regularly travel to clinical sites • Must be fluent in English, Dutch and French • Knowledge and application of SOPs, study guidelines and GCP best practices
