Beschreibung

• Track incoming providers through onboarding checklists, trainings, credentialing milestones, and start dates • Follow up with providers who are behind on required trainings and escalate risks to start dates • Monitor the onboarding pipeline for recurring bottlenecks and identify causes • Maintain accurate provider records in Airtable and related systems • Work cross-functionally to identify and unblock bottlenecks • Flag at-risk start dates early • Identify ineffective processes, templates, or handoffs and raise issues proactively • Develop solutions when operational issues are identified • Design clinical operations systems for automation and scale across provider journeys, patient scheduling, and clinical practice enablement • Maintain provider communications and templates, including emails, reminders, and checklists • Support ad hoc projects that improve the provider journey as the team scales

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar execution-heavy role • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to track many moving parts amid competing and shifting priorities • Self-starter who proactively identifies blockers • Process-oriented and able to iterate quickly • Comfortable asking questions and proactively raising issues with solutions • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Data-literate and comfortable working in trackers or databases • Flexible and adaptable as priorities shift • Excited about evolving AI tools • Preferred: experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or multi-stakeholder onboarding • Preferred: familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, Metabase, or similar operational platforms • Preferred: exposure to W-2/1099 workforce classification nuances • Genuine interest in Allara’s mission and improving clinicians’ experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or not require visa sponsorship to continue working in the United States
