Beschreibung

• Develop, own, and communicate the vision and strategy for Network Connectivity capabilities • Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape • Monitor industry shifts and emerging network communication technologies to identify innovation opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products • Create and continuously maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs • Write and groom stories, prioritize work, and manage the backlog • Define product performance metrics, monitor performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions • Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners • Manage product budgets and resources efficiently • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the product • Partner with Network Connectivity Engineering and other stakeholders to pilot new capabilities and deliver products • For Expert level, independently execute product strategy, prioritize investments, deliver outcomes, mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience at Lead Consultant level or 5+ years at Expert level in digital product management • Ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes • Product management experience in Network Connectivity, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Networking, Telecommunications, or related enterprise technology domains • Proven delivery across multiple Agile release cycles • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for backlogs, prioritization, and delivery tracking • Experience with enterprise networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Remote Office, VPN, SASE, or cloud networking solutions • Experience partnering with Network Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Server, and Storage teams • Ability to define product requirements, influence stakeholders, and deliver technology products using customer, operational, or business performance metrics • For Expert level: minimum 2 years owning and executing product strategy independently across multiple release cycles • For Expert level: experience mentoring Product Managers, Product Owners, or cross-functional teams and acting as a recognized subject matter expert • Experience with cloud networking technologies and platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid-cloud environments • Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, Zero Trust, Network Automation, or Network Observability • Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, SAFe, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), AWS, or Azure are desirable • Experience in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments • Experience using customer research, market analysis, or technology trends to identify and validate product opportunities • Must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • When working from home, must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions and appropriate desk and seating • Reliable internet required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
