Beschreibung

• Break down complex business and user behavior problems to uncover actionable insights that move core metrics • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance on analyses and strategic decisions • Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments and growth initiatives to optimize conversion and retention • Standardize business performance reporting metrics based on key objectives • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and consistency in measurement • Monitor relevant KPIs and flag performance improvement opportunities • Keep the team informed of progress • Identify technical and strategic gaps in analytics infrastructure and recommend solutions • Inform strategy and business growth by generating insights and identifying new opportunities • Guide iteration on existing features to drive business outcomes • Partner with product managers and finance analysts on launches and operations • Report to an Analytics Lead and collaborate with product managers, finance analysts, engineers, and marketers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of work experience in analytics, data science, finance, or other quantitative domains, specifically financial, product and/or user behavior analysis for B2C teams • Understanding of A/B testing or experimentation and incrementality concepts • Proficiency pulling and joining large datasets with SQL • Proficiency performing analysis using Python, R, or Excel • Proficiency designing and building dashboards with Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude • Understanding of building optimized tables and views in a Data Warehouse/Marts • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving • Strong communication skills, including persuading and inspiring, explaining complex concepts, and proactive knowledge sharing • Preferred experience with subscription revenue, B2C mobile subscription software or internet companies, startups or rapidly scaling companies, and tools including dbt, Dataform, Looker, Amplitude, Jira, Confluence, Coda, and/or GitHub • Passion for the outdoors
