Beschreibung

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions • Develop architectural designs and strategies for scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions • Lead configuration, customization, integration, data migration, and reporting implementations • Serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud technical subject matter expert and advise on new releases and features • Design and implement integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using Oracle integration technologies and APIs • Identify and resolve performance issues through tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization • Provide technical guidance and leadership to developers, administrators, and analysts • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and best practices • Create technical documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to align solutions with business goals • Gather requirements, provide project updates, and address client technical concerns • Maintain continuing education opportunities, participate in internal projects, and provide project expertise as needed • Assign duties, oversee project staff workflow, and may train staff, conduct interviews, and perform project evaluations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required • Extensive experience as a Technical Architect, specifically with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and technical components, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Analytics • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and relevant Oracle technologies • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and data migration • In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud security, data model, and reporting capabilities • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to collaborate and interact with clients at various levels • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices • Thorough understanding of Oracle principles and planning • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Willingness and ability to travel as required by customer projects, potentially up to 75% • Reliable and consistent internet connection • Professional home office space and background for remote work • Ability to work full time during Apex IT business hours and, when required, outside business hours • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer; ability to bend, sit, lift, and drive
