Beschreibung

• Run rapid discovery across operational teams to identify high-value, repeatable workflows where AI can drive step-change improvements • Own V1 end-to-end using LLM APIs, no-code, and low-code tools; validate prototypes with real users and prove value before scaling • Partner with the AI Ops Engineer to turn prototypes into reliable, maintainable, production-grade tools • Understand internal teams' workflows, identify friction, and build tools that become part of daily work • Redesign workflows from first principles around AI capabilities • Ship rollout plans and usage playbooks for launched tools • Define success metrics and own adoption within user teams • Maintain a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities and communicate priorities to leadership • Stay current on AI and automation tools, models, and patterns • Partner with the VP of Product and Chief Product and Technology Officer to shape the internal AI product portfolio and function

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–10 years of product management experience • Track record of building products and driving measurable outcomes • Systems-thinking approach to understanding operational workflows and user needs • Hands-on experience with AI agents, prompts, documents, tools, and delegation • Strong intuition for LLM prompting, agent delegation, evaluation, accuracy, reliability, tone, and trust • Experience building AI tools, automation workflows, or internal tools • Technical fluency to independently build V1s • Comfort with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and workflow automation tools • Strong cross-functional stakeholder skills • Experience deploying AI agents in operational contexts • Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Intercom, Salesforce, or Glean • Comfort with Claude or OpenAI APIs, n8n, Glean or Snowflake • Experience redesigning human workflows around AI • Familiarity with B2B SaaS operations and efficiency levers at scale
