Beschreibung

• Manage the entire product life cycle from conception to planning and drive a solution set across Development/Engineering, QA, Sales and Marketing • Prioritize and clarify product requirements to facilitate accurate estimation and rapid development of new features • Ensure requirements are met and achieve on-time delivery • Work with Engineering, Marketing and Product leadership to develop a clear product roadmap supporting the company’s vision and customer and industry needs • Plan, coordinate and monitor feature enhancements for products • Represent internal and external customers and manage the product from inquiry through acceptance • Attain high product quality to meet customer expectations • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Services and Marketing teams to define product features and enhancements • Build products from existing ideas and develop new ideas based on data center software experience and customer and prospect contact • Refine product feature release requirements with Engineering and serve as the main point of contact for product owners • Define go-to-market strategy and product positioning with Marketing • Serve as internal and external product evangelist, including Sales enablement and launch success

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree • 4+ years of software product management, business analysis, or product ownership experience in an enterprise software application environment • 1+ years of data center experience • Familiarity with enterprise software applications used to run day-to-day data center operations • 1+ years of experience with Application Programming Interfaces, including REST, SOAP and OpenAPI • Candidates must be based within the Eastern or Central time zones • Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering preferred • Experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) tools such as ServiceNow CMDB or Cherwell CMDB preferred • Experience with IT Operations Management, infrastructure monitoring and ongoing operations control preferred • Experience implementing and configuring real-time monitoring, alerting and reporting of global infrastructure preferred • Experience designing infrastructure monitoring systems preferred • Enterprise Agile/Scrum Product Owner experience preferred • Strong influencing skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong team player • Willingness to challenge ideas and assumptions to ensure alignment with company and product strategy • Highly innovative with foresight to act decisively on opportunities or problems
