Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients • Build deep knowledge of clients’ business structure, operations, financial performance, tax considerations, and goals • Establish strong relationships through consistent communication, trust, and accountability • Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights • Provide proactive recommendations related to growth, profitability, and operational efficiency • Incorporate tax awareness into client conversations • Identify risks, opportunities, and trends • Lead client conversations, including difficult or sensitive discussions • Deliver timely, thoughtful, high-quality responses to client inquiries • Anticipate client needs and proactively engage ahead of key decisions or milestones • Coordinate across accounting, tax, and internal teams for seamless delivery • Maintain accountability for overall client experience and outcomes • Manage a portfolio of 60–75 clients with competing priorities • Balance strategic advisory work with day-to-day client needs • Operate with ownership and independence • Develop and apply dental industry knowledge to provide tailored guidance • Ensure clients feel supported and confident, and deliver proactive insights and responsive portfolio management

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8+ years of experience in client-facing accounting, advisory, or consulting roles • Demonstrated experience managing a client portfolio or book of business • Strong understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers • Familiarity with tax concepts and their impact on business decisions • Proven ability to build relationships and influence client decision-making • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial reporting tools preferred • Strong client-first, proactive-advisor, communication, relationship-building, accountability, organizational, self-management, courage, and candor competencies • Dental industry knowledge preferred
