Beschreibung

• Deliver billable services including implementations, training, assessments, and tailored solutions to manufacturing and distribution customers • Own project plans, timelines, and resource coordination across multiple concurrent engagements from kickoff through go-live • Understand warehouse product flows, map process flows, and design efficiency-focused solutions that reduce complexity, handling, and floor errors • Perform business assessment walkthroughs virtually or on-site • Recommend process improvements and automation • Document findings in success blueprints with specifications for tailored applications • Deliver end to end, including end-user training, project plans and timelines, resource coordination, risk mitigation, status reporting through go-live, and accurate project documentation and time tracking • Perform hands-on technical work involving SQL, data analysis, and system configuration, expanding into REST API integrations and process flow design • Maintain a consistently high level of billable utilization • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts through implementation, training, and go-live support • Work with Sales Consultants to transition projects from sales into delivery • Communicate goals, timelines, and expectations to internal teams and customers • Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to support retention and minimize churn • Analyze customer needs and pain points to identify additional-services opportunities and expand revenue within existing accounts • Participate in on-site customer engagements, which may account for up to half of time

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment with a company running SAP Business One as their ERP • Experience working with SAP Business One in a HANA environment is a plus • Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects from kickoff through go-live • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365 required • SQL, REST APIs, and process flow design are a plus • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workflows, lean and Six Sigma principles, supply chain and logistics, and production planning and scheduling (MRP, JIT, Kanban) • Open to multi-day on-site engagements across the U.S. and Canada • Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects and consistently meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication, and a team player able to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment
