Beschreibung

• Promote and sell application and system solutions within the MMM industry • Collaborate with the vertical team and Global Solutions Leader to develop and execute sales strategies • Provide technical expertise and support to customers • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Provide technical support in developing customer proposals • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the MMM market • Work as an individual contributor with autonomy to make decisions and drive results • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 or more years of experience with industrial automation, process control, APC, or industrial software solutions • Experience developing and presenting technical proposals, solution architectures, and customer-facing solution designs • Experience with Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM) or other heavy industrial/process manufacturing environments • Technical expertise in automation, electronic, electrical, chemical, metallurgical, or systems engineering • Strong consultative selling skills • Commercial mindset focused on revenue growth and market expansion • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Strong collaboration skills across sales, engineering, and product teams • Ability to work autonomously • Effective communication and influencing skills with executive presence • Ability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
