Beschreibung

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable Product Access and entitlement systems for cloud, API, and AI-driven products • Define and drive the long-term technical strategy and engineering vision for Product Access platforms and access enforcement • Develop greenfield initiatives and foundational platform capabilities through hands-on prototyping and implementation • Contribute directly to critical projects and resolve complex engineering challenges across teams • Champion AI-assisted software development practices using tools such as Claude Code • Establish best practices for AI-assisted workflows across software design, implementation, testing, and operational support • Design access-decision systems for human and non-human actors, including services, automations, and AI agents • Evolve entitlement and licensing platforms for subscription, usage-based, and AI-driven consumption models • Build scalable, low-latency, resilient distributed systems with operational excellence • Influence technical direction and adoption of shared platforms, standards, and engineering practices across organizations • Partner with engineering, product, security, business, and Product Management teams on platform evolution, monetization, and strategy • Mentor engineers through collaboration, code reviews, architecture guidance, and technical leadership • Evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into practical engineering capabilities • Promote simplicity, developer experience, operational excellence, scalable architectures, and high-quality execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems and platform services • Strong hands-on software engineering background contributing to architecture, design, and implementation • Proven experience building or evolving Product Access platforms • Experience with entitlement and licensing systems • Experience with usage-based or consumption-driven services • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures • Deep expertise in distributed systems design • Deep expertise in microservices and API design • Deep expertise in scalability, reliability, and operational excellence • Recognized technical expertise in distributed systems, platform engineering, or Product Access architectures • Ability to shape engineering direction through technical vision, innovation, and influence • Experience improving engineering productivity through modern tooling and developer platform investments • Practical experience with AI-assisted software development workflows and tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar • Familiarity with AI-enabled product patterns, agentic workflows, and API-driven consumption models • Ability to influence technical strategy and alignment across organizations without direct authority • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term platform and architectural sustainability • Strong product and business acumen • Preferred: experience with SaaS licensing and entitlement models • Preferred: experience building platform services used across multiple engineering organizations • Preferred: exposure to developer platforms, internal tooling, or engineering productivity initiatives • Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, and AWS, Azure, or GCP • Preferred: exposure to AI/ML-enabled products and modern AI application architectures • Preferred: experience driving enterprise-scale platform adoption and technical convergence initiatives
