Beschreibung

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of local office transformation projects from site completion through to operational handover, travelling extensively across the UK with regular overnight stays. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and governance across multiple concurrent programmes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule. • Manage contractors, suppliers and external partners to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards. • Monitor capital expenditure, forecast costs and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance without compromising quality. • Ensure every location meets brand standards, operational requirements and delivers an outstanding experience for colleagues, homeowners and guests. • Lead project risk management, proactively resolving issues and providing clear stakeholder communication throughout each project. • Coordinate opening readiness activities, including technology, facilities, operational setup and launch planning. • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve transformation processes to support future growth.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong project management expertise, including planning, governance, risk management and multi-project delivery. • Excellent financial management skills with experience controlling capital budgets, forecasting and commercial negotiations. • Experience managing contractors, suppliers and third-party partners to agreed quality, safety and delivery standards. • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence working across senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. • Bonus points if you have experience within hospitality, retail, property or facilities management environments, hold a relevant project management qualification, or have experience within the travel & tourism industry.
