Beschreibung

• Develop and direct a recruitment team sourcing, identifying, and delivering qualified candidates aligned with BHSF’s mission, values, and growth initiatives • Increase external clinical hiring year over year, including registered nurses and allied health professionals, by developing and supporting recruiters and team members • Lead adoption of AI tools that drive recruiting-team ROI alongside existing software • Manage and oversee complex vendor negotiations and relationships for large-scale recruitment projects • Identify and track recruitment methods to fill positions in a timely and cost-effective manner • Develop and recommend recruitment and retention strategies • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to support Baptist Health South Florida’s growth goals • Compile and analyze recruitment and retention data • Supervise initiatives related to recruiting and retaining a talented and engaged workforce • Establish relationships with leadership, management, and employees; consult with the AVP of Talent Acquisition and assume department leadership in the AVP’s absence • Manage vendor KPIs and results in partnership with SCM and Legal for crisis staffing, RPO, retained search, EPIC EHR staffing, and placement vendors • Support large-scale new builds and acquisitions by ensuring required staffing and smooth growth transitions • Lead executive recruiting for selected AVP-and-above positions • Research and benchmark the Talent Acquisition function and advise on process changes • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure onboarding compliance and effectiveness • Develop and manage a recruitment budget • Ensure fair, legally compliant recruitment and selection processes • Directly manage employed and temporary recruitment staff as needed • Serve as an internal recruitment/talent acquisition consultant and maintain knowledge of employment laws • Lead short- and long-term recruitment strategy and attract qualified candidates to meet staffing needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business, Human Resource Management or related field required • Master's degree in a related field preferred • Minimum 7 plus years of experience in a high-volume healthcare recruitment environment focusing on registered nurse and allied health professional hiring • At least an additional 5 plus years in a managerial capacity leading clients and/or recruitment teams in a healthcare organization • Prior years of experience leading a non-physician staffing firm as an external vendor required • Extensive experience in healthcare recruiting required • Ability to lead, train, and drive recruiters by helping them make more hires and overcome objections from hiring leaders and applicants • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of leadership in large complex organizations in multiple industries • Experience designing unique and creative small and large-scale HR solutions required • Strong written and oral communication skills • Organizational and project management skills • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities • Proficiency in multiple software systems and ATS programs • Successful experience using AI tools to drive ROI in the TA function required • Ability and desire to execute the role with leadership by numbers, KPIs, expectations, and training of individual recruiters and the TA team within the existing TA tech stack • Prior experience with EPIC EHR implementations and upgrades required
