Beschreibung

• Drive sales of Baxter capital equipment, collaborating with sales specialists and leadership • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy • Provide expert knowledge and insights for successful adoption of Baxter's solutions • Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with clients • Achieve and maintain a high level of sales performance • Drive successful outcomes through effective negotiation and relationship-building • Lead and participate in on-site customer deliveries • Maintain industry and product knowledge by staying informed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices • Expert communication skills capable of adapting to different audiences and interactions • Consistent track record of delivering high-quality presentations • Effective influencing skills for varied personnel • Strong analytical skills to understand local market trends • Shown success working independently with decision making skills • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to quickly shifting priorities • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
