Beschreibung

• Own a meaningful area of Blockworks' product portfolio • Manage three Product Managers leading products across Blockworks • Set clear expectations and give direct feedback to develop Product Managers • Turn customer needs, company objectives, and market opportunities into product priorities • Make difficult tradeoffs and focus teams on high-value problems • Engage with exchanges, institutional investors, enterprises, and crypto companies to understand customers • Strengthen product discovery, prioritization, feedback loops, and internal processes • Establish a consistent product operating rhythm to help teams ship faster and make better decisions • Break ambitious ideas into focused releases for rapid learning • Study product usage and gather customer feedback to identify improvements • Continuously iterate on products • Collaborate with Design and Engineering on product development

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of product management experience • At least 2 years directly managing Product Managers • Experience helping PMs become stronger, more independent product leaders • Experience owning a meaningful product area from discovery through launch • Ability to point to product decisions and outcomes produced • Comfort building prototypes to communicate ideas quickly • Experience building enterprise software for sophisticated customers • Comfort working with APIs, data models, integrations, and other technical product considerations • Experience improving product team operations through discovery, feedback loops, planning, prioritization, or product development processes • Experience with institutional investors, asset managers, exchanges, or other financial market participants is advantageous • Understanding of crypto markets and industry operations is advantageous • Direct experience building crypto products for institutional or professional users is advantageous • Experience launching products from zero to one or commercializing enterprise products alongside Sales and Marketing is advantageous • Comfort thinking about product monetization, pricing models, and product packaging • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
