Beschreibung

• Monitor live soccer and multi-sport data feeds across multiple concurrent events, identifying and escalating anomalies in real time • Execute operational tasks within internal dashboards following defined workflows and event parameters • Take assigned shifts according to the live sports calendar — shifts are allocated by sport and competition (e.g., Premier League, Champions League, NBA) • Maintain accurate activity logs and outcome records throughout each live event window • Coordinate with the data and product teams to report issues and contribute to continuous improvement • Perform quality checks on incoming data from third-party sports data providers • Contribute to building and refining operational playbooks and SOPs as the team scales • Oversee performance of AI-driven systems responsible for processing and distributing real-time data

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10–15 years of experience in sports data, data operations, or a related operational field • Strong working knowledge of soccer — competition formats, teams, events, and data structures • Comfortable handling large volumes of data and working with operational dashboards under time pressure • Available to work evening and late-night shifts according to the live sports calendar • Supervisor or team lead experience — you have managed or mentored others in an ops environment • Clear written English for internal reporting and cross-team communication • Self-directed and reliable in a 100% remote setup.
