Beschreibung

• Own and manage stock and sales planning to achieve gross shipment and retail sales targets. • Develop and manage gross shipment forecasts, forecast returns and DIFs, and manage discontinuations to reduce RTV liabilities. • Maintain accurate, optimal inventory levels across all channels. • Communicate retail and net status to leaders. • Build and revise monthly retail House Product Line in collaboration with cross-functional partners. • Ensure timely receipt of orders from retail partners and troubleshoot errors. • Develop and cultivate relationships with retailers and understand their needs and goals. • Strategize with the Buying Team on seasonal planning. • Manage and maintain COOP, Strategic Planning and Spend; negotiate COOP placements, exposures, and pricing. • Manage COM programming, offers, GWP’s, and exposures. • Manage and negotiate Case line and Planogram updates tailored to each retailer and brand. • Manage company and retailer objectives while maintaining brand values. • Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams on seasonal goals and focus areas. • Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and performance. • Use Cognos and Power BI to pull weekly sales data and analyze sell-through results. • Provide weekly sales recaps and commentary to internal stakeholders and leadership. • Deliver weekly by-door sales recaps to field teams. • Support the Executive Director and Director and partner with the Planner. • Manage and coordinate team priorities, workflow, deadlines, and deliverables. • Communicate with field teams and manage programming updates for seamless execution. • Perform other duties needed to support the organization’s vision, mission, and values.

🎯 Anforderungen

• You have a bachelor’s degree in related field • Minimum of 5-8 years wholesale experience, preferably in the Beauty industry. • Ability to lead and manage multiple high-level relationships. • Strong understanding of the beauty industry, including products, trends, and competitors. • Strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, dependable and self-starter • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, both written and oral. • Ability to organize and set priorities and adhere to budgets. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Solid understanding of business principles and financial concepts. • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, vlookups, and sumif. • Knowledge of Cognos Reporting System; Power BI is strongly recommended. • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
