Beschreibung

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Global Solutions • Perform services, solution architecture, and design engineering functions • Lead technical responses to customer Requests for Proposals • Shape client vision and strategy and develop advanced technology concepts spanning networking, mobility, SDN, cloud, cybersecurity, and software applications and platforms for automation, analytics, and AI • Collaborate across business units to develop innovative solutions • Lead end-to-end telecommunications and information technology architecture for enterprise-wide system solutions and services • Gather customer requirements and translate business needs into technical system solutions • Perform architectural design, testing, implementation, documentation, and supportability activities • Develop customer technology solutions using engineering best practices and industry products and technologies • Coordinate or lead transitions and transformations from existing to new network and telecommunications design solutions • Provide technical direction and engineering expertise for network and telecommunications infrastructure planning, design, and implementation • Develop work breakdown structures and level of effort for opportunity capture

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical field desired • Minimum 5 years of work experience as a technical lead or in a role related to solutions / enterprise architect capacity • 5 years supporting Enterprise customers or Carrier Companies serving Enterprise companies • Strong understanding of telecom and IT infrastructure business • Extensive technical knowledge of managing and manipulating telemetry for cybersecurity solutions and/or IT/Software solutions related to performance, behavior, and user experience • Working technical knowledge or work experience in data transport services and technologies: IP, MPLS, Ethernet, OTN, DWDM and SDWAN • Working technical knowledge of basic and advanced networking appliances and concepts • Working knowledge of autonomous networking, SDN, NFV, Cloud, DevOps, SecDevOps and Managed Security Services • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word, and Salesforce.com • Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous environments • High proficiency in technical writing, including proposal writing • Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills • Strong presentation skills and knowledge of 'Solutions Selling' basics • Active SECRET Security or higher Clearance is required
