Beschreibung

• Run the property's financial administration in Yardi, including AR/AP, invoice processing, delinquency follow-up, move-in and move-out accounting, month-end reporting, and reconciliation • Produce an accurate, timely monthly reporting pack and improve existing reporting • Administer the lease lifecycle end to end, including applications and screening, lease generation and renewals, notices, move-ins and move-outs, and deposit handling • Own the leasing enquiry pipeline, responding quickly and following up through virtual tours and listing platforms • Maintain contact with current residents to drive renewals • Handle difficult resident conversations by phone, including complaints, arrears, and refusals • Assign, chase, and verify vendor work and check invoices against completed work • Coordinate with the on-site maintenance and leasing team, escalating matters requiring on-the-ground support • Maintain records, reports, and files so another person can take them over • Operate as the off-site half of a hybrid property-management structure alongside the local on-site team • Achieve first-90-day goals: independently run Yardi financial administration, deliver accurate on-time monthly reporting, respond to every leasing enquiry the same day, and establish an effective division of labour with the on-site team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Hands-on Yardi experience as the daily system of record on live property operations; ability to name the product, modules, and workflows used • Multifamily residential operations at scale, with experience on a large community or portfolio and identifiable unit counts • Property-level financial administration ownership, including AR/AP, invoice processing, delinquency, move-in and move-out accounting, month-end reporting, and reconciliation • US residential lease lifecycle experience, including applications and screening, lease generation and renewals, notices, move-ins and move-outs, and deposit handling • Experience handling resident complaints, arrears conversations, and refusals by phone professionally • Leasing enquiry pipeline experience with a consistent follow-up rhythm • Experience working off site alongside an on-site team and judging what must be done in person • English at professional working proficiency, spoken and written, with comfort on live phone calls with US residents and vendors • Full-time availability as a sole role, covering US Eastern core hours • Preferred: vendor and work-order management through verified completion, including questioning invoices • Preferred: utility billing or RUBS platforms, or invoice-processing systems • Preferred: amenity-heavy, resort-style, hospitality, or mixed-use residential community experience • Remote availability with core coverage from 09:00–17:00 US Eastern
