Beschreibung

• Lead delivery and support of Windows, virtualization, and Citrix infrastructure services • Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational metrics, and client commitments • Oversee incident, problem, change, and outage management • Drive continuous service improvement focused on availability, performance, automation, and user experience • Manage platform lifecycles, operational risks, technical debt, and compliance requirements • Lead and mentor Windows, VMware, and Citrix engineering teams • Establish performance goals, career development plans, and succession planning strategies • Manage workload prioritization, staffing, and resource allocation • Provide governance for Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, RDS, PKI, identity, storage, backup, and monitoring platforms • Ensure patching, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance • Oversee capacity management, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness • Lead infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, modernization, virtualization optimization, and consolidation initiatives • Partner with cloud, security, network, application, and architecture teams • Promote automation using PowerShell, infrastructure-as-code, and systems management tools • Support hybrid cloud adoption and integration • Serve as primary escalation point for service delivery issues • Present operational reviews, metrics, service health dashboards, and risk assessments • Communicate project status, service improvements, and infrastructure roadmaps to leadership and clients • Support solution development, resource planning, budgeting, and client growth opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure environments • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical infrastructure teams • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory Services, VMware vSphere and ESXi, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (Netscaler), Microsoft DNS and DHCP, server virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure operations • Experience supporting large-scale production environments with high availability requirements • Strong understanding of ITIL service management principles and operational best practices • Experience managing disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency planning • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading enterprise infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives • Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity solutions • Experience with PowerShell automation, Ansible, or similar orchestration platforms • Experience with VDI optimization, profile management, and EUC transformation programs • ITIL Foundation or advanced ITIL certification preferred • VMware (VCP), Citrix (CCP-V/CCE-V), Microsoft, or related infrastructure certifications preferred • Applicant should be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
