Beschreibung

• Serve as the field subject matter expert on product procurement, buy & bill, billing and coding, financial assistance, claims and adjudication, patient support, access, payer medical policy, prior authorization, specialty pharmacy, and infusion center procedures for T1D • Support product reimbursement through compliant support of prior authorization policy requirements • Help develop and execute the national strategy by building approval and reimbursement confidence with customers • Assist in patient pull-through efforts • Act as the main point of contact for the Patient Support Services Hub • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to lead pull-through efforts • Plan and implement geographic business plans supporting appropriate access to Sanofi products • Educate office personnel on payer policy requirements and billing codes • Triage contracting, billing and coding, access, procurement, and related questions • Establish productive relationships with internal and external customer segments • Conduct HIPAA-compliant HCP office visits to facilitate pull-through and resolve escalated issues • Reduce cycle time and increase conversion rates for patients prescribed Sanofi products

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS Degree required; preferably in life science or business • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry • Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary; additional travel within the assigned geography • Demonstrated success of cross-functional teamwork and working in a matrix environment • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills • Strong understanding and experience supporting products in provider office and healthcare facility settings • Significant experience and understanding of payer environment and its impact on patient access • Compliance with applicable Sanofi-Genzyme policies, procedures, regulatory, and legal requirements • Valid driver's license • ~50% travel, depending on geography • Preferred: 4+ years pharmaceutical/biotech business relations experience • Preferred: Experience with T1D patients or autoimmune conditions • Preferred: Physician reimbursement experience • Preferred: Experience with complex medical payer policy requirements and multiple prior authorization needs • Preferred: Infusion therapy experience • Preferred: Home care coordination experience • Preferred: Buy & Bill, white bag, and specialty pharmacy experience • Preferred: Market access experience • Preferred: Leadership experience • Preferred: Ability to manage relationships, administrative business, and projects remotely
