Beschreibung

• Facilitate enrollment activities from initial inquiry through final matriculation for BSON students • Assess student needs and present how BSON may support personal, academic, and professional goals • Liaise with collaborating departments and provide student service and support • Follow up with prospective students via phone, email, text, and in-person outreach throughout the admissions funnel • Collect applications, transcripts, and other enrollment documents • Maintain applicant contact records and next steps in the CRM • Liaise with faculty regarding applicant information and advocate for students • Coordinate, schedule, and host prospective student webinars • Demonstrate knowledge of program curricula, costs, financial aid, career outcomes, and full- and part-time options • Participate in open houses, accepted student days, local travel, and in-person and virtual recruitment events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • At least two years in admissions in a higher education setting • Nursing or health education experience strongly preferred • Consultative sales or customer service experience • Familiarity with admissions data management systems, including Slate and Salesforce CRM • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational abilities and precise attention to detail • Strong closing and follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills • Interest and ability in computer software applications • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Sensitivity to the needs and concerns of a diverse student population
